PRIEST CRITICISES BISHOP OF GALWAY MARTIN DRENNAN
December 30, 2009 - 10:39amA priest who walked in atonement from Cobh to Dublin for clerical child sex abuse victims has voiced his suspicions over Bishop Drennan's innocence in the Murphy Report.
Fr Michael Mernagh says the present Bishop of Galway must have known something about the handling of abuse allegations in Dublin while there as Auxiliary Bishop between 1997 and 2005.
