175 JOBS TO GO AT BOSTON SCIENTIFIC

There's been a major jobs blow for the city with news that Boston Scientific is to let 175 people go.
The medical devices company employs around 2 and a half thousand people at its base in Ballybrit.
Last year Boston Scientific announced that it was to close its plant in Letterkenny this year.
The jobs at the Galway facility are to go by the end of March.
