A complete review of school enrolment policy will take place at Calasanctius College in Oranmore.

That's according to school chairman Gilbert McCarthy.

He was speaking in the wake of the Department of Education's decision to allow six new classrooms to be built at the school.

21 students - originally refused entry for the next school term - will now be taken in and work will begin immediately on the extra rooms.
