JUDGE AWAITS DPPs DIRECTIONS IN CITY DRUGS CASE
March 12, 2010 - 9:16amThe DPP’s directions are being sought in relation to two men who are charged with having cannabis in their possession for sale or supply to others in the city last weekend.
Dubliner Ray Kelly (40), c/oWoodquay Hostel, and co-accused, Cormac Kelly (18), of 30 Rockfield Park, Rahoon, appeared before Galway District Court this week.
Judge Mary Fahy remanded both men on bail to May 12th for the DPP’s directions.
