MAY TRIAL DATE FOR ALLEGED DANGEROUS DRIVING CAUSING DEATH IN INVERIN

The trial of a young Spiddal man, charged with dangerous driving causing death, has been listed for hearing on Thursday, May 6th.
21 year old Ciaran O Laoi, from Baile an tSagairt, Spiddal, denies dangerous driving at Minna, Inverin, on July 19, 2008 which caused the death of oncology nurse, 47 year old Mary Dillane, of Cartúr Caol, Inverin.
Judge Raymond Groarke listed the case for hearing and remanded the accused on continuing bail to May 6th
