FURTHER CUSTODY REMAND FOR CITY MAN ACCUSED OF RAPING TEEN
September 2, 2010 - 10:29amA 44 year old man, with a city address, has been remanded in custody with consent to bail, charged with the alleged rape and sexual assault of a girl in the city last May.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.
