CITY PROTEST OVER TONY BLAIR MEMOIRS

The Galway Alliance Against War is holding a lunchtime protest today ahead of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's visit to Ireland.

It follows the publication of his memoirs which has become the fastest selling biography in the UK.

The demonstration is taking place outside Eason's on Shop Street until 2pm.
