GARDAI ARREST SECOND MAN IN RELATION TO BALLINASLOE ROBBERY
September 8, 2010 - 4:25pmBallinasloe Gardai have arrested a second man in connection with a robbery in the town last Friday.
A large sum of cash was allegedly taken from a man in the town centre after he had left AIB bank between half past two and three o clock.
Gardai arrested the 21 year old man in Galway City this afternoon and took him to Ballinasloe Garda Station.
Another man, detained by Ballinasloe Gardaí in connection with the robbery last Friday was released last night without charge.
