CONNEMARA MAN TO FACE TRIAL OVER ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT
September 9, 2010 - 10:13amA 63 Year old Connemara man has been sent forward for trial for allegedly abusing a girl over a two-year period during the 1970s.
The man, who can't be named for legal reasons, is charged with indecently assaulting the girl between July 1st 1973 and July 22nd 1975 at a location in Connemara
At Galway District Court yesterday, Judge Mary Fahy remanded the man on continuing bail.
He will appear before Galway Circuit Criminal Court on October 5th.
