CLOSURE OF CARNA DENTAL SERVICE RAISED IN SEANAD
The Minister for Health, is being urged to make an exception regarding the recruitment embargo to allow dental services continue in Connemara.
Senator Trevor O' Clochartaigh raised the issue in the Seanad this week following the closure of Carna dental surgery.
From next month, dental services in Connemara and the Aran Islands are to be re-organised as staff retire.
