The trial of two Galway men accused of directing a criminal organisation has been adjourned, after a juror failed to show up.

31 year old, Michael O’Loughlin of Rahylin Glebe, Ballybane and 28-year-old Eddie O’Loughlin of Rockfield Park, Rahoon, have both appeared before Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

They have pleaded not guilty to directing the activities of a criminal organisation in the Galway area between February 10 and June 1, 2010.

The trial will return tomorrow before Judge Patrick McCartan and a jury of eight men and four women.
