Two men charged in relation to a drugs seizure in Ardrahan on Wednesday evening have been remanded with consent to bail until court appearances later in the month.

45 year old Simon Bracken of Crusheen, Ennis, Co. Clare and 18 year old Mark Murphy of 44 Portacarron, Knocknacarra in the city appeared before Ennis District Court.

Both men were charged with possession of drugs for sale or supply contrary to Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
