TECHNICAL EXAM FOLLOWING KNOCKDOE FIRE
July 6, 2012 - 8:16amA technical examination is to be carried out at a derelict house in the Claregalway area following an overnight fire.
Two units of the fire brigade were alerted to the blaze at the unoccupied property in Knockdoe at around 2.25 this morning [Jul 6].
Fire crews remained at the scene for three hours.
The building has now been sealed off pending a technical examination which is to be carried out later today.
