SENTENCING DEFERRED IN CITY SEX ASSAULT CASE
Sentencing of a 36 year old man has been deferred in the sexual assault case of two children in the city over a three year period.
The man, a father of two, who can't be named for legal reasons, appeared before Galway Circuit Criminal Court.
He entered a late guilty plea on two counts when he was due to stand trial in May for sexual assault involving two girls at a number of city locations on dates between June 2007 and October 2009.
