SEARCH FOR GALWAY CRIMINALS ESCAPED FROM CASTLEREA GOES INTO SECOND WEEK
The search is continuing for two Romanian brothers who escaped from Castlerea prison where they were serving sentences for Galway offences.
It's now over a week since the pair absconded from the Roscommon facility where they were being detained in the semi-open Grove residential area.
The men, aged 23 and 29, were serving time for theft and criminal damage offences involving city parking meters after they were sentenced at Galway District Court in January.
